The speaker: Charlie Maclean-Bristol worked with a number of major UK utilities before establishing the successful business continuity (BC) practice, PlanB Consulting, in 2007. He is also Head of Training and a founding director of Business Continuity Training Ltd., a UK-based BC training provider. He has a PgD in “Emergency Planning and Disaster Management” from the University of Hertfordshire and is presently conducting a Ph.D. researching Business Continuity and Crisis Management at the University of Glasgow.
