To recognize the inner Critic, its relationship to fear, and the purpose(s) it can serve. 2. To navigate from Critic to Champion through an accessible four-step strategy. 3. How to get curious, find compassion and be creative with your inner world through a powerful exercise designed to quiet the Critic and allow the inner Champion to soar. Sarah Reimer is a psychologist in private practice providing coaching and psychotherapy, as well as retreats for professional and volunteer helpers in Central Ohio. As a recovering perfectionist, Sarah wishes she had these tools years ago when she was in school. Now she is excited to share with others ways to work toward a more peaceful inner world and a fulfilling life that matters. Kendra Kingsbury is a freelance corporate and theatrical voice, speech, dialect & presence coach in Chicago. Kendra believes, in order to use our voices and take space in our outer worlds, we must first quiet and harness the use of our inner voices and inner worlds. Through coaching and Fitzmaurice Voicework®, Kendra has explored ways to confront and embrace the world that lives within all of us.
