The Enrolment CRM allows you to streamline the processes all the way from the first enquiry a prospect makes until they finally enrol. The system has enabled the North East Surrey College of Technology, and is currently being rolled out at several other Colleges, to improve the way they work, make the prospect journey simpler and a lot more pleasurable. This has not only improved Enrolments but made cost savings by saving time and improving staff efficiency by automating a number of processes that were previously time consuming and labour intensive. The ProRetention Enrolment CRM allows you to: • Keep prospects warm, by running marketing campaigns to specific prospects groups and automating communications using both Action/Event and Time based/Scheduled triggers. • Prospects can apply online using their own personal portal, improving their experience and allowing the College to track exactly where prospects are in the application process. • Schedule Interviews and manage the complete interview process directly through the CRM, reducing interview no-shows. • Capture Interview feedback and generate offers directly via the CRM, to ensure no valuable information is lost. • Maintain the communication with the Prospect even after they have accepted their offer via the Keep Warm feature to reduce the possibility of the prospect not turning up to enrol.
