When everything that comes across your desk seems both urgent and important, and you rarely seem to have any level of control over your to-do list, it is essential to understand key strategies and tools for more effectively utilising your most precious resource – your time. This facilitated online short course addresses these complex issues head on to help you ‘get the right work done’ in school environments where you are increasingly having to do more with less.
